The club was chartered club in August 2010.

The club meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at ProMedica Consultant Laboratory Medicine.

The club has worked closely with Second Chance, a shelter for human trafficking victims. Club members have been present at the Human Trafficking Conference at the University of Toledo, to present Soroptimist literature to attendees. The club has held raffles and other fundraisers for the Live Your Dream award.
